Pleasant Hills Saddle Shop Guarantee

Pleasant Hills’ offers a satisfaction guarantee to give our customers complete satisfaction. When your order arrives, check each item carefully (immediately please). If for any reason you are not satisfied, you may exchange that product for an exchange, credit or refund.

Your privacy is important to us. To better protect your privacy we provide this notice explaining our online information practices and the choices you can make about the way your information is collected and used. Return & Replacements

Merchandise may be returned in a new, unused condition within 30 days of purchase. Special orders, drop ships, bits or custom merchandise may not be returnable or may be subject to a minimal restocking fee. International, Alaska and Hawaii orders are available for return at buyer’s responsibility for shipping and any other accrued charges. Download the return form here. If your order included a free item and the order (in whole or part) is returned, the actual price of the free item will be deducted from refund amount UNLESS the free item is also returned OR adjusted cost still qualifies your order for the free item. All Clearance sales are final and no refunds will be allowed.

Refund Process & Timeframe

Pleasant Hills’ processes most returns within 7 business days or receiving the returned merchandise to our warehouse. Once your return is processed, you will receive an email confirmation. PLEASE NOTE: Once we initiate the credit for your return, the actual date that the refund is posted to your account is determines by the company which issues the original payment. Please be patient, it may take up to two billing cycles for the credit transaction to appear on your statement. For exact posting date, please contact that company directly for further assistance.

Saddle Policy

All saddles have a warranty according to the manufacturer of the saddle. If the saddles does not fit your horse or you are not satisfied with it, you may return the saddle within 10 days of receiving it. The customer will pay for cost of shipment back to Pleasant Hills’, and a full refund will be given on the saddle returned. If the saddle has been used or shows any sign of use and/or wear and tear, the customer pays a restocking fee.

Backorders

We will make every attempt to have all items in stock. However, in the event an item is backordered, it will be shipped as soon as possible.

Pricing & Specifications

Merchandise prices and specifications are subject to change without notice. Pleasant Hills’ is not responsible for typographic, photographic, and/or descriptive errors.

Special Offers

You may not combine offers like (coupon codes, sales, clearance, etc.) Normal exclusions apply for all promotions. (May not be used on Saddles, Trophy Buckles and Awards, Sale items, Used Tack or Farm and Ranch Supplies). We reserve the right to have other items not included in this list as not available to be combined with other special offers.

Damages & Shortages

Immediately contact the delivering carrier and save all packing material for inspection. Damages and shortages must be reported to Pleasant Hills’ with 72 hours.

Employment Opportunities

Pleasant Hills’ applications at either location during normal business hours. In the event that no openings are currently available, Pleasant Hills’ will hold your application for 30-60 days from submission and you will be contacted if you qualify for an open position during that time.
