Shipping Policy

Please allow 24-48 hours for your order to process. In addition our shipping department ia closed on Saturday and Sunday. If you place an order on Friday there is a chance your order will not process and go out until Monday. In an effort to minimize waste and lessen our impact on the environment, please note that your order may arrive in a slightly used shipping box.

We reserve the right to adjust shipping charges. Additional shipping charges may apply to heavy liquids and larger sized items. Oversized packages (larger than 12” x 12” x 12”) may require additional shipping charges based on prevailing rates.

Pleasant Hill’s Saddle Shop reserves the right to hold any order for security review. If your order is affected, you will be notified.

Shipping Providers

Pleasant Hills Saddle Shop partners with United Parcel Service (UPS) and the United States Postal Service (USPS) to ship your packages. Standard shipping orders are shipped United Parcel Service (UPS). Smaller items are shipped by United States Postal Service (USPS). You will receive a shipping confirmation email that will confirm which carrier was used for your products.

United Parcel Service- Delivery in 3-5 business days after placing your order. We will send you confirmation email once your order has been shipped. Please allow 24 hours for your tracking information to update. You can track your package here at UPS.com.

USPS Shipping–Delivery is usually Priority Mail, 3-5 business days after placing your order. If standard US Mail is used, allow 5-10 business days after placing your order. We will send you a confirmation email once your order has been shipped. As is discretion, USPS, will attempt one to two deliveries. If someone is not present to accept the package, USPS may decide not to leave it at the designated address and the package may be held for pickup at your local post office or returned to sender. If your package is not left at the designated address, please contact your local post office for details.

Shipping Timeframes

If you place your order before 3 PM on a regular business day, (Monday through Friday_, your order will begin processing that day.

If you place your order on a holiday, Saturday or Sunday, or after 3 PM on a regular business day, your order will begin processing the following business day.

Actual delivery times may vary depending on item availability. Our warehouse does not ship packages on the following holidays: New Year’s Eve and Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day and the after, or Christmas Eve and Christmas Day.

Refused/Returned Packages

If an order is refused or returned to us due to inaccurate or incorrect address information or because it was declined or undeliverable, Pleasant Hills’ reserves the right to retain the original shipping/handling fee and to require additional payment for costs we incur related to the return of the undeliverable packages or merchandise to us before reshipping.

Drop Shipping

Drop-ship items are shipped directly from the vendor, the delivery of your items could take from 7-14 business days after placing your order. Drop-shipping is not available for APO/FPO or P.O. Box addresses. Expedited shipping is not available. Drop-ship items will not have tracking information available.

Shipping Charges

Pleasant Hills’ estimated shipping is based on the subtotal amount in your cart.
These rates are averages and are subject to change depending on sizes/weights of actual items ordered. We reserve the right to adjust shipping charges if necessary.

For additional charges, next day, 2nd day or 3rd day shipping call for rates.

These rates apply ONLY to the Contiguous 48 States.

International and orders from Hawaii and/or Alaska are charged a general flat rate for shipping due to restrictions of our website. Please, call to order.

International Orders

Please note Duty and Custom fees are applied to your order by UPS and USPS when your order enters your country. We have no control over these costs and in some cases these charges may exceed the actual cost of the goods. If you wish to cancel your order please call Customer Service at 800-756-6724 immediately and ask for internet sales. For further information on import Dusty Charges, please contact your local UPS or USPS offices.
